During the Session

Post-Session Process
Professional Editing: After the session, i carefully select and edit the best images, enhancing them to ensure they meet our high standards of quality. My editing process includes color correction, minimal retouching, and artistic enhancements.
Online Gallery: You’ll receive access to a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos. The gallery is designed for easy navigation and offers high-resolution images for printing and sharing.

how do i book a session with you?
To book, simply fill out the contact form or send me a message. Once we’ve chatted and chosen a date, I’ll send over a contract and invoice. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to officially reserve your date.
what is a retainer fee and how much?
A 30% non-refundable retainer fee is required for every session upon signing your contract.

Once your booking is confirmed, I turn away other potential clients for that date, ensuring my full availability and commitment to your session or event. It also covers the time and effort I put into planning your session and helps protect against last-minute cancellations. Once your date is locked in, I turn away other potential bookings for that day—so the fee ensures we’re both committed!
what's included in your packages?
Each package includes a set amount of coverage, edited high-resolution images, and an online gallery. Some packages may also include a flash drive, prints or additional perks.
how far in advance should i book?
I recommend booking at least 3 weeks in advance for regular sessions and at least 2 months for weddings—especially for weekends or popular seasons, as they tend to fill up fast.
WHEN & HOW MANY PHOTOS WILL I RECEIVE?
The number of final images depends on the session type and package you choose. I always provide my clients their entire gallery for not extra charge with plenty of beautiful moments to remember the day.
You’ll receive your final gallery within 3 weeks of your session for regular galleries, and 6-12 weeks for wedding galleries . I always do my best to deliver as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care your images deserve.
Do you travel?
Yes! I love traveling for sessions. Depending on the location, a travel fee may apply. Just let me know where your shoot will take place and I’ll give you all the details.
Do you help with posing?
Absolutely! I’ll guide you through the whole session with fun prompts and poses so you feel comfortable and natural. My goal is to capture real, authentic moments—with a little help along the way.
What happens if the weather is bad?
We’ll keep an eye on the forecast and make the call together. If needed, we can reschedule for a better day—no stress!
Can I bring props, pets, or outfit changes?
Yes, yes, and yes! Feel free to bring anything that helps tell your story or makes you feel more like yourself. Let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly.
What’s your cancellation/rescheduling policy?
If you need to reschedule, please give me as much notice as possible. The retainer fee is non-refundable, but we can usually move your session to a new date if needed.
